This wine in obtained 100% from our D.O.C. Barbera grapes.

Typical and characteristic of our hills it is produced sparkling using traditional methods.

In order to protect health we produce our grapes only with security methods L.R. 28/98 respecting ecological system.

It is a crimson wine with a pleasant bouquet, velvety and dry taste.

Ideal with soups, pasta, risotti, white meat and roast meat.

It should be served at 18° - 20°C.
