C.P. Pinot Nero DOC "Il Fossone" Still Wine - Tenuta Pozzolo
The wine is produced 100% whit Pinot Nero D.O.C. grapes from our own vineyards in Ziano Piacentino hills.
The vinification of grapes is made with a short maceration.
In order to protect health we produce our grapes Pinot Nero D.O.C. only with security methods L.R. 28/98 respecting ecological system.
This is a fresh and fruity wine that expresses its harmony with a beautiful ruby colour.
Ideal with cheese, white and red meats.
To serve at 20° C.
