This wine is produced 100% from Malvasia di Candia Aromatica D.O.C. grapes from our own vineyards in Ziano Piacentino hills.
In order to protect health we produce our grapes only with security methods L.R. 28/98 respecting ecological system.
His sparkling is due to a natural process.
It has a light straw colour, an aromatic intense bouquet of yellow fruits and apple.
The dry and acidulous taste makes it perfect as an ideal aperitif, with salumi and cheese, soups, grilled vegetables and fish.
It should be served at 8° - 10° C.
