C.P. Vin Santo DOC "Il Duomo" Still Sweet Wine
This wine is produced with our aromatic Candia Malvasia grapes.
In order to protect health we produce our grapes only with secure methods of "Lotta Integrata" L.R. 28/98 respecting ecological system.
Grapes are hand selected and hand harvested.
We gather the best bunches of grapes from our oldest vineyards and we set them with great care on mats till Christmas.
After the pressing we put the must in barriques and we bottle it after 4 years of maturing. The result is an amber coloured generous wine with aromatic suggestion and velvety flavour.
It is a meditation wine, ideal with strong cheese at the end of the meal.
Chill to 8° - 11° C before serving.
