Our Spumante, fermented naturally in the bottle, owes its sparkling liveliness to the calssic method used for French champagne.
We use specially selected Pinot Noir grapes, deliciously fragrant and specially suited to the production of these magic bubbles.
Its fresh, delicate fragrance, its dry, palatable, harmonious flavour, its smooth bouquet and its very fine perlage raise it to nobility.
Serve it chilled to 5° - 7°. Like all Brut sparkling wines, Zerioli-Spumante goes superbly whit any and every dish.
