This wine is produced 100% from Malvasia di Candia Aromatica D.O.C. grapes from our own vineyards in Ziano Piacentino hills.

In order to protect health we produce our grapes only with security methods L.R. 28/98 respecting ecological system.

His sparkling is due to a natural process.

It has a light straw colour, an aromatic scented bouquet, a rich flavour of orange and peach flowers.

It matches with sweet cheese, desserts, strawberries and biscuits.

It should be served at 8° - 10° C.
