This wine is produced 100% from first-class Pinot Grigio D.O.C. grapes from our own vineyards in Ziano Piacentino hills.

In order to protect health we produce our grapes only with security methods L.R. 28/98 respecting ecological system.

The Pinot Grigio wine owes a natural pinkish colour, due to a maceration on the skins.

Its bouquet is delicate, velvety and cool; its flavour is dry.

It makes an ideal aperitif and goes excellently with hors d’oeuvres, fish, white meats and cheese.

It should be served at 8° - 10° C.
