This wine is obtained 100% from D.O.C. Sauvignon grapes.
In order to protect health we produce our grapes only with security methods L.R. 28/98 respecting ecological system.
His sparkling is due to a natural process.
This wine is light straw-coloured and it has an intense velvety bouquet, refined and characteristic. It has a dry and harmonious flavour.
Proper to many occasions this wine matches with hors-d’oeuvre and soups; excellent with fish, white meats and cheese.
It should be served at 8° - 10° C.
